I am Andrea, the founder of Chel Foods. This business was created to give you Mexico in a bite. I was born in Queretaro Mexico and came to the United States at a young age. I adapted quickly but I learned that no matter where life takes you, to always remember where you came from. I created Chel Foods as a way to honor my roots, to share my family’s recipes, and to enrich people with knowledge of Mexican Culture through authentic flavors. I wanted to make a line of products that, like me, were adaptable and authentic Mexican. Products that are also innovative, versatile, and delicious. Chel Foods offer high-quality ingredients so you don’t have to wait until your next vacation to savor Mexico’s richness. You can do it from the convenience of your home. Keep in mind our products are versatile- you can create any authentic Mexican dish, but you can also explore and create various other dishes.
